Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that you have the best experience while selecting and buying your perfect fitting outfits. Despite our best efforts, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control. 

Order Cancellations                       

  • You may choose to cancel your items or orders with in 24 hrs of placing the order.
  • Please email [email protected] for such requests, with your order number, name and phone number. 
  • We shall send you a confirmation email on the cancellation with in 2 working days of receiving the request.
  • Under exceptional circumstances, we shall allow order cancellations for items lost in transit after 15 days of shipping date (post confirmation from the courier services on item lost).

Return Policy

  • We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • You can return an item:
    • If the items were damaged during transit.
    • Manufacturing defect which didn’t get picked during our stringent quality control.
    • Incorrect sizes shipped than ordered
    • Incorrect items shipped than ordered
    • The items do not fit you to your satisfaction
    • Or simply you changed your mind.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
    • Unworn or unused.
    • With tags and in its original packaging.
    • You’ll also need the order number for order confirmation email that we sent you.
  • In the unlikely event of receiving a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photograph of the damaged or defective item, along with your name and phone number, so that we can resolve the issue for you.
  • To initiate a return, you can email us at [email protected] with your order number, name and mobile number and the reason for return.
  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without returns confirmation will not be accepted. 
  • Custom stitched items and personalised items are not eligible for returns.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy

    • Cancelled items or orders
      • We shall initiate a 100% refund (inclusive of any taxes and shipping charges) to your source account, credit or debit cards that was used for purchase.
      • Under no circumstances refund will be issued to other accounts than the one used for the purchase. 
      • You should receive the funds in your account with in 5-7 working days.
      • Gift card used for purchases cannot be converted to cash value for credit.
      • New gift cards will be issued for the value used in the order post successful cancellation.
    • Return approved items or orders
      • All refunds are issued to the same source where the funds originated, except for cash on delivery (CoD) orders.
      • Refund process is initiated only after receipt of the item at our warehouse and on successful inspection of items for meeting the criteria outlined in returns policy section.
      • We shall initiate refund with 2-3 days after inspection completion of the items.
      • An email confirmation shall be sent to you on acceptance of the return and issue of refund.
      • You should receive a 100% refund (inclusive of any taxes and shipping charges) to your source account, credit or debit cards that was used for purchase for accepted returns.
      • In the unlikely event of return inspection failing, we shall communicate with you clearly on the reasons and you have a choice to ship the items back to you at your own cost.
      • You should receive the funds in your account with in 5-7 working days.
      • Gift card used for purchases cannot be converted to cash value for credit.
      • New gift cards will be issued for the value used in the order post successful cancellation.
      • For approved cash on delivery (CoD) return orders, we will request you for your bank account details for credit of the order value. At no point the credit can be to another account in any one else name.
      • For approved partial returns, only half of shipping cost will be credited back along with the item value.
      • In the unlikely event of we not being able to issue a refund to bank account/cards, we shall issue a gift card for the order value.
