Shipping with in India
- All items are thoroughly inspected for any damages or defects before shipping.
- Items will be delivered through our reliable courier partners across India.
- Delivery cost is calculated based on the overall weight of package.
- We aim to ship items to you in 7-10 days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
- Items from a single order could be shipped separately based on availability of products at the time of order fulfilment.
- Items from a single order can only be shipped to a single delivery address.
- Customers will receive an email notification with tracking numbers when the orders are fulfilled from our warehouse.
- Customers local to the shop location/address can opt for pick up from store at no additional cost.
- A customer can’t choose to have partial items for pick up from store and delivered from a single order. Instead the customer should place two separate orders.
- Shipping address change request can only be accepted before the order is fulfilled.
- Please email us at [email protected] for shipping address change requests. Please include order numbers for such request in the communication.
- We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days before we can reprocess or reship the order to you.
- We will bear the cost of return shipping for the approved return orders or items.
Shipping Internationally
We currently don’t offer international shipping, we are working with our partners to extend the service to international locations soon.
